18 years ago I married my husband using a Registrar. Although we had a wonderful day, I didn't really feel like the ceremony reflected us as a couple, a feeling which stayed with me all these years. When I discovered Celebrancy I knew that I could create much more personal ceremonies for couples, making lifelong memories of such a special day.
I have a particular interest in history and the different ways marriages were conducted and celebrated historically, from medieval times right up to present day.
