How do I change my password?

Head up to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ on top right corner of your supplier hub and hit ‘CHANGE PASSWORD’

How do I upgrade my subscription?

If you’d like to upgrade your subscription and you have a membership prior to September 2020, please contact us at hello@ thecelebrantdirectory.com and we will get you all set up! If you have a subscription after October 2020, you can hit the upgrade button below and follow the steps to get your profile upgraded.

How can I change my bank details?

If you have a subscription that started prior to September 2020, you will need to contact support to change your bank details. Please email hello@ thecelebrantdirectory.com . If you have a subscription that began after October 2020, you can do so in the top right hand corner under ‘MY ACCOUNT’.

I’m on the max membership, when will I be featured?

We will send you an email within 6 weeks to let you know when you will go live on the homepage. Watch your inbox for more!

What are the image dimensions and size required?

All images need to be under 500kb. You can use resources like www.tinyjpg.com to help you resize. Landscape images are best.

How do I add reviews I have received from other platforms?

You can add reviews from Google or Facebook for example on to your The Celebrant Directory profile. You will do this the same way a client would add a review. Head to your live profile page on The Celebrant Directory (not the suppliers hub) and click ‘Add Review’. Follow through the steps to get it added to your profile. It will appear automatically.

How do I edit a review?

Due to the nature of reviews, you cannot edit a review yourself. Should you feel you were misrepresented, or there is an error on a review, please email hello@thecelebrantdirectory. com for support.
