Hi, I'm Andrew
I am an experienced funeral celebrant having officiated at well over 200 ceremonies.
I help bereaved families create unique semi-religious or non-religious funeral ceremonies for their loved ones and officiate at the cremation or the burial to ensure the family’s wishes are carried out.
I specialise in working with the families of older loved ones.
I work across the West Midlands, as well as Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Staffordshire.
I hold the NOCN Diploma in Funeral Celebrancy which means I have been trained to the highest standard currently available.
I look forward to hearing from you soon with regard to how I can help you create that special funeral for your loved one.
What's my ceremony style?
I undertake semi-religious and fully secular funerals, as well as ashes scattering ceremonies, memorial ceremonies, funeral ceremony, pre-planning and bespoke eulogy writing.
I work closely with families to set the tone of the funeral they want for their loved one. Some people want a the ceremony to be a celebration of life or a more simple memorial for a loved one departed. I am happy and able to introduce humour into the ceremony or ensure that is avoided if preferred.
£200 per funeral inclusive of all costs
My favourite moment as a celebrant was when a 94 year old husband sang “When You Old Wedding Ring Was New” at the funeral of his wife of 66 years. What a privilege to be there.
Why choose Andrew?
I am a very experienced and skilled celebrant. I am totally committed to ensuring families receive the very best service I can provide each and every time. No life is ordinary and unimportant and everybody deserves the funeral they want; the funeral that suits their life and their character.

One in a million
Very grateful to Andrew for taking my dear mom’s funeral.
As others have reviewed, total professionalism and personalisation with almost an air of truely knowing my mom, which I’m sure must be inherent, as this must be the hardest element of delivering meaningful memories to us as a family.
His pace of mom’s service was perfect and he balanced grief with the celebration of her long and beautiful life in a totally respectful approach.
I think the one thing that we will forever be grateful to Andrew for, is that he identified an element of the service that was so important to my mom and negotiated within Covid restrictions for the Crematorium to allow her last wishes to be granted ( this element had been sadly declined when I had requested it)
Thank You Andrew, as Mom would have said……..you are one in a million.
I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. From our initial telephone conversation and throughout subsequent messaging I had complete confidence in his ability to treat the funeral of my uncle professionally and compassionately. He took a great deal off my shoulders, kept me informed and updated at all times. His help and advice were most welcome. He provided a touching Order Of Service pamphlet for mourners and made sure that our wishes regarding music and content were adhered to.
In the current difficult restrictions regarding funerals Andrew ensured that no shortcuts were taken and that my uncle had the funeral which he deserved.
I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Andrew.
Due to the difficult circumstances at the moment I was very nervous about the service as you could have no face to face meetings. Andrew was excellent at helping me in all aspects with telephone calls and E mails putting me at my ease. The service was lovely and I had lots of comments on how well it all went and how good Andrew conducted the service . I would recommend Andrew highly and the lovely presentation copy of the service is so thoughtful. Thank you Andrew for making the day go so well under the circumstances.
