I chose Ruth as I knew her in a previous role, I also did not wish for a minister that did not know us or my Dad he was not a "Churchy Person" Right from the start Ruth treated mine and the families needs as one of her own, she was kind considerate and very professional. Ruth made us remember how to laugh and cherish our memories and stories rather than dwell on our loss. She made a tough situation so much easier. The service was so different and I received a lot of positive feedback at the wake regarding Ruth and her delivery. She managed to create a buzz at the crematorium and that is a moment I will never forget.
Thank you so much Tracey. It was my absolute pleasure to deliver the service on behalf of you and your brother. The sharing of memories during the reflection music was absolutely wonderful, the wash of love and laughter that circulated around was incredible. I had to keep on turning up the music so that I could hear when it finished! Your Dad would be so proud of the send off you gave him.

I limit the number of Funerals I deliver each week, to ensure that I can focus on each family, and deliver a unique service on their behalf.
I am a member of the Institute of Civil Funerals. The Institute regularly monitors my work, through feedback from the families, a yearly assessment of a service and by reviewing a selection of my scripts. This is very important to me as it ensures my families can have complete confidence in my ability.
I attend at least ten hours of training every year as part of my ongoing professional development, and keep abreast of changes within the industry on a daily basis.
