Funeral Service
Kelly demonstrated an extremely caring and sincere approach when dealing with the arrangements and funeral service of our family member, both on our initial meeting with Kelly and throughout the two weeks leading up to the service. She showed amazing thoughtfulness and respect throughout all our dealings with her, even calling to the house to support us with the order of service and associated protocols, which was what we needed at this most vulnerable time. She showed true professionalism and respect throughout the funeral service and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. She was always available to assist us with any queries or concerns and her support and caring approach at such a difficult and sad time is something for which we will always be extremely grateful. Thank you Kelly.
Funeral service
The loss of my son was devastating Kelly gave us a very moving ceremony she went above and beyond expectations. One of the hardest days of my life made easier with Kelly’s kind words she did everything to perfection. I have arranged for Kelly to our vow renewal at the end of October celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.
Uncle Ken’s Funeral
From the moment my cousin recommended Kelly to conduct my uncle’s funeral I knew I was in good hands. We met and chatted and discussed my uncle at length. We got on very well and Kelly is very patient and understanding. The funeral itself went very well. All to plan. I couldn’t recommend Kelly enough 100%.❤️
