Congratulations to you both on your upcoming wedding ceremony. My goal is to craft a ceremony that is reflective of your personalities and values, one that is inclusive, joyous and truly personalised. My approach is to guide you with as much or as little input as you’d like. I strive to produce ceremonies that are traditional yet fun, and with a message of inspiration for all present.
I bring to the role a wealth of life experience and the ability to understand people’s wishes and make them into a reality. I have a passion for creating unique and personalised celebrations for all occasions, and to make your day magical.
Becoming a celebrant has been a lifelong dream and I just LOVE weddings, babies and children. It is a privilege to supporting people to make lifelong promises of commitment and love to each other and to their children.

I’m a modern, enthusiastic celebrant, who creates and delivers a truly personal ceremony to celebrate your love. I am happy, smiley and sparkly and am as excited as you to plan your personal ceremony as unique as you.
Ceremonies don’t have to be a strictly formal event – you and your guests don’t want to be bored by the same template ceremonies they have already heard many times before. I can help you make your wedding day special and different.
I’ll help you make the ceremony the way you want it and with anything and everything you want to include. We can decide if you want a romantic, fun, traditional or modern theme. I can help you show your unique personalities and hopes for your future together. I want you to enjoy every minute of your ceremony and be relaxed knowing I will be there all of the way to guide you through it.

What do I offer?
Weddings
My favourite type of ceremony is a wedding that has a fun and relaxed atmosphere combined with romance. It should capture the essence of your culture and traditions and be a true reflection of your beliefs.
The ceremony I create with you, will consist of your chosen personal touches. You can choose readings, poems, music, and symbolic gestures that highlight your relationship and your personalities.
Your day will be all about you, your unique story and the lifelong commitment you are making in front of your family and friends. With a Celebrant-led wedding, you can have a traditional or themed wedding, with dressing up and other special rituals like candle lighting, hand-fasting, or a sand ceremony.
Working together throughout the whole process, we can create a memorable celebration, having fun in the planning of it, and craft a tailor-made event that reflects you both.
I take time getting to know my couples so that I can appreciate what makes them the wonderful individuals they are. Then, I create a service that displays your enduring bond. As your celebrant, I will make sure that I comprehend what you need to make your wedding ceremony unforgettable for you and your guests.
I offer a variety of symbolic rituals and would love to discover new ones if you have any ideas for what you would like to incorporate. You can include any amount of rituals, e.g. Unity Candle Ceremony, Sand Ceremony, Wedding Ring Warming, Wine Ceremony, or craft your own extraordinary addition. I will also support you picking readings and vows and I will offer samples of each.
I currently don’t offer packages. This is because every ceremony is written from scratch for each couple, so total costs will differ slightly, depending on what is chosen to be included e.g. symbolic rituals.

In my role as your Celebrant I promise to strive to create a remarkable, bespoke ceremony and work hard alongside you to craft a ceremony that symbolises your genuine personalities and your love story.
It is commonly accepted that one size doesn’t fit all and is so true when it comes to love and wedding ceremonies. I want you to feel relaxed, reassured and optimistic that your wedding ceremony will be exactly how you want it.
Naming Ceremonies
Your baby, or your child has arrived …………….. and you want to celebrate their arrival.
Naming a baby or a newly adopted child is such a special event. It is a time for you to come together with your families and friends to celebrate your new arrival into your family.
A naming ceremony is usually an alternative to the traditional christening. You may be looking into this, as you feel that you aren’t religious, but still want to mark the occasion and make promises to protect, support and love your new arrival.
I will work with you to create a unique, personalised ceremony that perfectly reflects you and your children’s lives.
In my previous careers I have been a Children’s Nurse, Health Visitor, Primary Teacher and Lecturer. So, I have worked with all different ages of babies and children and just love working with all of them.
This is a fabulous chance to celebrate new arrivals into your family. You have the opportunity to make your declarations and promises to protect, support and unconditionally love your child/ren. Other family members can also be included i.e. siblings and or wider family members.
The Naming ceremony can be held anywhere you wish. This may be at your home, a chosen venue, or somewhere that is special to you as a family.
I can work with you to create a personal ceremony tailored to your family that can include rituals, poems and songs. You can also include religious and or non-religious elements and you can choose to have ‘supporting adults’ in place of ‘godparents’ should you wish.
Each ceremony I craft is individual for each family, so total costs will differ depending on what is chosen to be included e.g. symbolic rituals.

Why choose Linsey for your naming ceremony?
I have had a lifelong career working with babies, children and families, so this is something that I adore doing. I’m relishing the opportunity of supporting you as families to celebrate your new additions. There are so many different ways that we can do this and I am open to all sorts of different ideas that you may want to incorporate.
Having a new addition in the family may have been an easy or difficult journey, Whichever it is, as a parent myself I totally understand what having a new arrival is like. I can work with you to intertwine your feelings and emotions into your celebration naming ceremony.
Renewal of Vows
You want to say – ‘Yes, I definitely do!” — absolutely!
For many couples, a renewal of vows is an opportunity to relish the fond memories of their wedding day.
It is a chance for you to share gratitude for all that has been enjoyed over the years, and to make promises to each other for the future.
It can also be a chance for you to reflect on the strength of your partnership, despite any hardships and difficult times you may have endured together.
You may want to reaffirm your original vows to each other or make new ones to signify the next chapter of your love story. You could write new vows to each other or simply reaffirm the vows you made in your first ceremony when you made your commitments to each other.
I can intertwine all your treasured moments and memories and your love story throughout the ceremony to make it magical and uniquely personal.
Your Wedding Vow renewal ceremony – how would you like it to be ? The answer is we can include anything you like into the ceremony. This can be readings, songs and rituals and can be performed by anyone that you choose. I offer a variety of symbolic rituals and would love to discover new ones if you have any ideas for what you would like to incorporate.
The ceremony can also take place in a place of your choosing whether that is a licensed venue, a hotel, your home / garden, a beach, or somewhere that has special significance to you both. The key is that your ceremony reflects you as a couple and is as unique as your relationship.
Because each ceremony is individual and couples will decide what they want to include e.g. symbolic rituals – total costs will differ depending on what is chosen.

Her ‘bubbly’ personality will compliment all the champagne bubbles you have planned for your big day!
I had the pleasure of being asked to be part of Linsey’s training – she asked me to film and provide the music for the ‘occasion’.
When the day came Linsey had put so much work and effort in to the whole celebration – perfectly timed music, amazingly worded celebration speech and lovely little touches that are so closely linked to the kind of woman Linsey is.
Her warmth and compassion and pure day to day joy is what makes her the perfect celebrant.
Her ‘bubbly’ personality will compliment all the champagne bubbles you have planned for your big day!

I was very lucky to be selected to be part in Linsey’s celebrancy training and accreditation. I played the role of the groom where Linsey performed the most magical celebration where it felt so personal to the ‘couple’.
Linsey has such a warm character and is one of the kindest people you will meet. She will cater for all of your personal needs and I know that nothing would be too much trouble for her.
I know that if I was to get married in the future I would definitely choose a celebrant, the personal touches and the effort Linsey puts in is definitely more personal than a Registrar.

I really wish I had booked a celebrant
I am honoured to be writing this review for the wonderful Linsey and she is such a passionate and caring person.
I was privileged to take part in her celebrancy training and accreditation. She had to create and perform a wedding ceremony and I played the role of the bride. Linsey performed the most heart-warming celebration and included a wine ceremony.
I was recently married via a Registrar and after the ceremony performed by Linsey, I really wish I had booked a celebrant. The ceremony was so much more personal, as she talked about the couple’s love story and there is so much more flexibility for what can be included.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Linsey to perform your ceremony. She is an absolute perfectionist with the most bubbly and contagious personality. She will definitely go the extra mile and put the extra sparkle into your special day.
