Hi, I'm Susan
Hello I’m Susan, I live in St Neots, Cambridgeshire with my Brazilian husband and two young children. I have a background in performance and trained as a professional actor and singer. I also am a voice coach and trainee counsellor all skills which I believe combine beautifully to make me a creative and compassionate celebrant.
What's my ceremony style?
I am creative, calm and relaxed. I love all parts of the creative progress, meeting you, hearing your story, listening to your ideas, offering guidance and help along the way, writing you a unique ceremony and delivering on the day. I am a creative at heart and can use both my listening and performance skills to make sure you have a memorable and beautiful ceremony.

Wedding in the woods
A wedding held in the heart of the woods in August 2021. Every moment was personal, unique and memorable for all involved, it was the most wonderful example of what a celebrant led ceremony can really offer and can give complete freedom to choose your day your way.

I love creating personal ceremonies for families to celebrate their babies or children. Naming ceremonies are full of love, joy and commitment and a beautiful memory for all the family to take away. They can include poems, readings, promises, music, tree planting, certificate signing to name a few.
I offer a full package of getting to know you and your family and what kind of ceremony you would like, I then take your ideas and weave them into a unique ceremony, consulting with you along the way. I then deliver the ceremony on the day and organise everything so you can relax and enjoy.

Cambridge wedding
Susan was so kind, helpful, patient and efficient for our wedding ceremony. We wanted a family involved ceremony that was also lots of fun and she really helped create that for us. She has so many ideas, was so enthusiastic about our suggestions, guided us in choosing readings, vows etc, and the end result was a ceremony that was personal to us.

Barn wedding
Susan delivered a fantastic wedding ceremony for us on Saturday and we couldn’t reccomended her more highly! Her communication was brilliant from start to finish and she wrote the most wonderful personalised ceremony for us. A few wedding guests even asked us how we knew Susan – thinking that she was a friend of ours! This just shows how great a job she did and how well she fit into our special day.
We are so glad we picked a celebrant over a registrar. It allowed us to completely personalise our ceremony and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! It also meant we could write our own vows, which Susan kindly printed off for us in a little booklet to keep.
Thanks again for everything Susan – we will treasure the memory of our ceremony forever!!
