Hi, I'm Tracey
There are certain life events, be they happy or sad, which are Important to us and we all have our own way of marking these.
I believe that at these times it’s all about you and your loved ones.
It is Your Ceremony and I would love to be able to share these special times with you and help you to celebrate in your own unique way. I will support you from the moment you contact me, through the whole planning process and I will deliver your ceremony in the way you want it to be. At these important times, it is all about you.
What's my ceremony style?
…….but a little about me. I am a mum and a proud Granny who has recently retired from working as a Special Needs Teacher. A job which I loved. I have trained as a mental health first aider and a Samaritan. I gained a distinction in my training as a Civil Celebrant and I am also a member of the International College of Professional Celebrants. I want to use all my training and life experience to work with you at the important times in your life and I will ensure that Your Ceremony represents you, or your loved one in a way that represents your beliefs and all that matters to you. Whether the ceremony is marking a happy or a sad time I am looking forward to working with you.

What do I offer?
Weddings
This is your very special day. The day when you will join with the person you want to spend your life with, the person you love. You may want all your family and friends with you to share in your joy or you may want a smaller, more intimate ceremony. The way you want to mark this wonderful day is up to you. I would love to help you make this a day to remember. It is all about you on this day and it is your ceremony. I would be with you all the way through your planning to ensure that this is the ceremony of your dreams.
As this will be a civil led ceremony you can celebrate at the venue of your choice. There is no need for the venue to be licensed. You may want to be in a favourite place; the beach, the forest ….the choice is yours. I am happy to help you to mark this day in the way you want; this may be a traditional style wedding ceremony or you may want to be joined together in a hand fasting ceremony. There are lots of choices!

Naming Ceremonies
I just love new life and new beginnings! Spring fills me with
joy because of the hope it brings.The birth of a new baby is something we all want to celebrate
and we want to share this joy with those we love. This is an
opportunity to present this new little person to the world
and traditionally this has been linked with some form of
naming ceremony. This can reflect the beliefs of the parents,
and religious elements, such as God parents and a blessing,
can be included if this is right for you.
If your ceremony is celebrant led this can be wherever you
choose. It can be in your garden, home or a place that is
important to you. It can also be on a day and at a time of
your choosing.
Naming ceremonies are not only for babies. There are many
reasons to change a name and I would happily work with you
to produce the perfect ceremony for you. Adoptions or
joining of families for example should be celebrated. All new
beginnings are important events, they are the start of a new
chapter in your story and could there be a better way to
mark this than celebrating with those who are dear to you?

I have lots of experience of working with children and
families. I understand the pressures that family life can bring
and the impact sleepless nights can have on you!
I have four adult children and five Grandchildren (so far) but I
never cease to be filled with excitement and wonder when a
new chapter begins.
I would be excited and delighted to work with you to mark
the start of your new chapter.
Renewal of Vows
Why choose Tracey for your renewal of vows?
Funerals
The loss of a loved one is such a terrible time and the thought of
planning a funeral can be overwhelming.
I will always make contact with you as soon as possible and will come
to your home, if you wish, to plan the ceremony, at a time of your
convenience. I will visit again if needed and we can work together to
ensure that the whole funeral is a fitting tribute to your loved one.
I will be able to help you to find appropriate music, readings and
prayers if required. If you prefer a non-religious ceremony, I am
happy to plan this with you.
I would work closely with the Funeral director to ensure that
everything runs smoothly.
In our initial meeting I would listen as you tell me about your loved
one’s life and your special memories. It can be so difficult to talk
when the pain of loss is so raw but as a trained Samaritan, I have
experience in listening to people who are grieving.
We could plan and write a eulogy together and if you or a family
member wishes to deliver a tribute, I would support them as they
prepare.

As a celebrant I believe that it is important that the ceremony is
exactly what you want and reflects the wishes of your loved one.
You may wish to have a ceremony which celebrates the life lived or
you may wish to a have a quiet, reflective ceremony. I would be
there to support you through the planning process and at the
ceremony itself.
