I’m Rev. Lindy, a Ritualist, Ceremonialist and Interfaith Minister based in Perthshire, Scotland. And I have the best job in the world helping people to celebrate some of life’s major milestones. What's my ceremony style?
My style is fun, relaxed and meaningful in equal measures. I love having fun with you and your guests but it’s also important to drop into the more serious moments when needed.
What makes me unique?
That’s a tough one and hard to answer without making myself sound like I’m blowing my own trumpet! But I suppose it’s because I’m funny when appropriate, serious when needed and VERY comfortable delivering Ceremony to large groups of people.
I am authorised by the Registrar General to conduct legal weddings in Scotland.

Most of the couples who ask me to be their Celebrant are looking for a Ceremony that is relaxed, laid-back, fun and very Scottish. But they also want their Ceremony to have depth and meaning, and this is very important because a Marriage Ceremony is a sacred one and should be treated as such.
So when you watch my Aye Do Ceremony videos, although you will see people laughing and having a good time, what you can’t see is that the Ceremony is also being held by something much deeper than we understand through our everyday experience.

As an Interfaith Minister, I offer Naming Ceremonies that can be Non-Religious or can include elements of your own faith or Spirituality within.

My Ceremonies are fun, relaxed and very child inclusive. If you are going to include children in a Ceremony you have to allow them to do their own thing! I’m very comfortable & happy to conduct the Ceremony around the child/children.

Can’t Thank You Enough
Hi Lindy
You married me and my husband Frank on 13th Oct in The Bothy in Glasgow, I want to start by thanking you for making our day absolutely perfect. Even when we forgot the wedding schedule you were calm and made us feel relaxed (whilst my brother ran to hotel to get it).The service was beautiful and individual to our lovely setting in the Bothy, what a lovely touch.

She communicates quickly and effectively, she is able to guide couples with astounding knowledge and respect, and beyond the ceremony, she was a blessing on the day of. She gets you in the exact right mindset so that you are able to be present for your ceremony. Reverend Lindy calmed me right off the nervous ledge and made sure I could appreciate and enjoy it to the fullest. If it weren’t for her, my wedding day would have been a blur.
