Hi, I am Francesca Foulsham and I am a fun loving, 5 star Wedding Celebrant based in Norfolk ,Suffolk and the whole of East Anglia. I pride myself on my highly individual, unique and beautiful ceremonies.
I have taken all the transferable skills from my professional background in education and turned them into a vocation I truly love, working with people to transform their ideas and plans into personal, distinctive ceremonies which reflect their personalities and values.
What's my ceremony style?
No two ceremonies are the same!
Some couples love music, poems and symbolic gestures such as hand tying or jumping the broom and others prefer simple and traditional; that is the beauty of having a Celebrant, because I have the freedom to create a ceremony that is personal and tailored just for you, in the dream venue of your choice.

The glorious open skies and sunshine of East Anglia lend themselves to the most gorgeous wedding locations. Old chapels, majestic halls, beautiful barns and boutique hotels all bursting with the grace and charm which will frame your ceremony.
Happy in high heels or wellies, I also enjoy unusual and alternative locations; tepees, tents, woods, windmills, at a farm, in a field or at a festival!
Wherever and however you would like to celebrate one of the most important and precious milestones together, I would be delighted to chat with you and turn those dreams into a reality!
What do I offer?
Weddings
My favourite couple? Those in love! I am a huge advocate of all inclusive weddings, especially LGBTQ+. When asked, my friends tell me that I, “Appeal to everyone!”
Happy to be in wellies or high heels, I believe Norfolk has endless possibilities for locations. A Tepee or a tent, in a wood or a windmill, at a farm, in a field or at a festival, I love unusual, alternative or outdoor locations but equally happy in a beautiful chapel, hall or barn.
Magical & Memorable!
Let’s get creative and make this wedding original! I can write and conduct bespoke services which include your personal vows, blessings, poems, readings and maybe a handfasting, to ensure that your ceremony is unforgettable and magical. We will have plenty of laughs and smiles along the way!

Start by telling me all your wonderful plans, then I can help, guide and advise until we have created your perfect ceremony! On the day ; you will find me pinning on button holes, showing guests to their seats, ensuring there are glasses of water available for parched grooms and finding bouquets for the bride!
Oh and I will also conduct your service calmly and seamlessly, ensuring the whole celebration runs smoothly, creating memories that you will cherish forever.
Naming Ceremonies
Naming and re-naming ceremonies can take place anywhere and at anytime and not just for babies. I can also create Transgender renaming ceremonies for those who may be transitioning, to reflect this very important and significant milestone in their lives.
There are many special and unique ways to celebrate the naming of your baby or child. You could choose to include a fusion of traditional and modern ideas, which include unity candles, a sand ceremony or any other symbolic gesture with blessings, poems, stories and promises to mark this special occasion.

Francesca was Amazing!
Francesca was amazing!! With only 3 weeks notice she was able to prepare and compose the perfect ceremony for our wedding. She took time to visit us at home, to meet our family and really get a feel for the things that were important to us. She was the perfect addition to our day, and we can’t recommend her enough to anyone who is thinking of using a Celebrant for their wedding. Thank you so much Paul and Laura
Absolutely Incredible!
Fran was absolutely incredible. We knew from the first video call with that she was the perfect celebrant for us and we were SO right!! She created the perfect wedding ceremony for us. We had expressed our love for Game of Thrones and Fran even wove some Game of Thrones charms into our handfasting ribbon. We cannot thank Fran enough, our ceremony was conducted perfectly and she was so amazing!
