Hi, I'm Olivia
Having worked in weddings for over 5 years I used my maternity leave to re-train as a Celebrant & have never looked back! I get to meet fabulous people, hear all about their love stories, write something special and unique and then be there on the day itself, it is the best job in the world.
What's my ceremony style?
I wouldn’t say my style is formal, but it is traditional. I like to take the traditional style of a wedding ceremony and make it sing, make it funny and personal. I want your guests to learn something new about you, to give them something to chat about during the reception. I don’t need people to remember me but I want people to remember how I told our story, this is your ceremony it should be the most important part of the day.

What do I offer?
Weddings
A couple who love each other and really want to get married, that would be ideal! I don’t have a favourite ceremony style, the best is when the ceremony feels completely personal and unique to that couple. I really enjoy a relaxed, fun ceremony. I love music and readings and think they add a personal touch to proceedings.
Weddings with me start from £595.
For that I am your Celebrant! I also offer a Wedding Planner Service and a Set-up Take-down Service.
The former includes total prep and guidance from start to finish. The latter is ideal if you are getting married at home, I will be there to set everything up the day before and morning of, and then tidy everything away the morning after (no bride or groom should have to tidy up their own wedding mess!).

The best wedding decision you will make!
If you’re weighing up Registrar vs Celebrant… stop right now, because it HAS to be Celebrant, and the celebrant HAS to be Olivia. One of the best decisions we made for our big day (and we made some bloody good ones if I do say so myself)! I’m not sure I’ll ever get over how special our ceremony was. From the minute we were in touch with Olivia we knew she’d be amazing, after one zoom and one pub meet up, we could tell she just got us and our dream for our big day. So we sent off the answers to her questions and we’re still not prepared for the LYRICAL MASTERPIECE that she returned. I sobbed reading the ceremony she had drafted, we requested a couple of really minor changes, but honestly we were blown away. And then just couldn’t wait for the real thing! I knew our guests would laugh and cry, Olivia’s delivery was as beautiful as her writing, and pretty much every guest has commented on how much they loved the ceremony (and Olivia!). We also thankfully had our day filmed, and we’ve already relived the magic countless times, it was PERFECT! Already can’t wait to renew our vows HA! Cannot recommend this woman (wedding wizard) enough xxxx
Olivia, you’re simply fantastic!
When we embarked upon our search for a celebrant, it was safe to say that we didn’t really know where to start. Fortunately, we came across Olivia, who was absolutely fantastic at guiding us through it. From our first meeting with Olivia, we just loved her enthusiasm and we were so pleased with the ceremony that Olivia prepared for us. So many of our guests commented on how lovely the ceremony was and how they found it to be a real highlight of the day. Thank you very much, Olivia!

From start to finish Olivia was exceptional in guiding us through the many options we had for our ceremony. Due to Covid, we did not have the luxury of a long deadline to re-plan our day, but Olivia was straight on the case from first communications, springing into action to make our day as special as possible.
From initial conversations it was clear to see the level of industry knowledge and experience Olivia has, helping to answer our questions, hear our worries and offer advice on anything we were unsure of. It was a relief knowing that we were in such safe hands and definitely made the process so much more enjoyable and relaxed!
Every part of our Ceremony was customisable and Olivia worked hard to get to know us (virtually- thanks Covid!) which was so much fun in itself! Olivia tailored the ceremony to be a fantastic reflection of our personalities, whilst making sure that each detail we wanted was woven in. Reading the draft before the day made us laugh (and cry in parts!) and it would be perfect for us- needing no editing at all.
Olivia has the perfect energy and personality to really make a difference to your wedding day. We cannot count the number of times our guests referenced the ceremony, wording, Olivia’s spirit and humour, and the fact it was such a special part of the day.
For anyone considering a celebrant, I would honestly say to get in contact with Olivia- you will have the most fun journey leading up to your wedding, and you can guarantee that the delivery on the day will leave you (and all attendees) remembering it for a lifetime.
