I’m Lisa, and along with my team of Caroline and Sam, I genuinely LOVE being part of a couple’s special day; it is our mission to work closely with you to create a ceremony that is truly personal, highly inclusive and exceeds all your expectations. By the date of your wedding, we will feel like old friends!

What's my ceremony style?
My smile is my style! I am a smiler that’s for sure, and I love working with similarly happy, relaxed, fun folk! I have a soft spot for intimate and informal weddings; I love an outdoor setting but am equally at home inside a gorgeous venue.
I feel truly lucky to be based in one of the most beautiful parts of the country – living and working in Cornwall is a huge inspiration to me and a major influence on my sunny outlook on life. So it’s not a surprise that couples often comment on my friendly and supportive nature, positive energy and that I have a knack of making everyone I come into contact with feel relaxed, welcome and incredibly special.

With a background in the theatre and managing events, along with experience of delivering over 100 legal ceremonies as a deputy registrar, I have a sixth sense of what makes a wonderful wedding ceremony! As an independent celebrant in Cornwall and Devon, I believe that wedding ceremonies should be all about what YOU want rather than what the legal process dictates. And if you are looking for a wedding ceremony full of heart and personality, then you’ve certainly arrived at the right place.
I genuinely LOVE being a part of your special day – everything from getting to know you, to carefully crafting a wedding ceremony that tells your unique story and then delivering it with the warmth, personality and sincerity that my couples always comment on. I am passionate about my role as an independent celebrant and it is my priority to work closely with you to ensure your wedding is truly personal, highly inclusive and exceeds all your expectations!

Renewal of Vows
With a background in the theatre and event management, along with delivering over 100 legal ceremonies as a deputy registrar, I have a sixth sense of what makes a wonderful ceremony! As an independent celebrant in Cornwall and Devon, I LOVE a good love story – and renewing your vows is a wonderful way to celebrate your marriage all over again.
You might be considering renewing your vows following a major milestone in your life together: it could be 5 years or 25 years of wedded bliss, but a special anniversary certainly presents a meaningful opportunity to reaffirm your love and loyalty to one another. There are no rules or traditions associated with a ceremony to renew your vows. It’s not a legally binding ceremony, so you don’t need to find a licensed venue or organise it through the Registration Service.
If you want to hold your ceremony on a windswept beach, by a stunning lake, in the depths of a forest, on a yacht at sea, in a luxury hotel or even your favourite pub – you can do whatever your heart desires.

We cannot recommend Lisa enough. We booked our wedding quite last minute and were super lucky that Lisa was free. If you’re looking for a kind, bubbly, enthusiastic celebrant – Lisa is your go to! From the initial emails back and forth, to the video call to run through details the week before, and the big day itself, Lisa made us both feel totally at ease. We loved the personal touches Lisa added to the ceremony and we had so much feedback from guests about how brilliant she is! Thanks again Lisa, for anyone thinking of booking, do it!
The best ceremony ever…
When we first met with Lisa we instantly knew she was the celebrant for us. We loved everything about working with her and she exuded warmth at every interaction. Lisa loves her job and you can absolutely tell. She took so much time to really get to know us, and she managed to craft a ceremony that reflected us so very well. From recounting the history of our relationship through to hearing Lisa bring it to life on the day was such an emotional experience that we’ll always remember.
Lisa wrote the most beautiful, personal, moving and funny ceremony which made us feel so special. Lisa, thank you for everything, especially for keeping Chris from having a full on emotional breakdown whilst waiting for Jess to walk down the aisle!! We can’t tell you how many of our guests told us it was the BEST ceremony they’d ever been to…
We miss you already Lisa, and for anyone thinking of booking you as their celebrant, just do it. The perfect personalised ceremony
Lisa, our celebrant, was absolutely amazing. From the zoom meetings to meeting in person on our wedding day, Lisa was so friendly and fun. She made the zoom meetings entertaining and we loved her methods of finding out information about our love story. The ceremony itself was so perfect and personalised – we couldn’t have been happier with the ceremony. All our guests agreed and also commented on how lovely Lisa was. You can tell she is so passionate about her job and we just loved that. We would highly recommend Lisa.
