I was absolutely dreading the funeral of my husband, The Funeral Director recommended Jo and she came to my home to meet me and find out about my husband's life, she immediately put me at ease as we talked and she made notes, she asked questions and led me to the information she needed to create the service. On the day she was very reassuring - the service was lovely and several people thought she had known my husband well, as the service was so spot on, in describing his personality.. I Highly recommend her !

Jo was a great support throughout the whole process, which was very unexpected. The service she created captured the essence of my Husband and was a real celebration of his life, we are so glad that she was our celebrant .
She also sent us some Forget-me-seeds for the children to plant in his memory - so very thoughtful.

From the first meeting Jo was warm and friendly. She listened to the stories we told about my father and asked us questions about his life and things he loved. It fekt to us like we were speaking to a friend. She made sure that we had copies of the service well in advance and when we wanted to change a couple of things she was happy to do so and ensured that we got the revised changes promptly. On the day she was a great support and gave me the confidence to speak at the service. She was kind enough to drop a card to us after the service with a sachet of forget me knots for us to plant in the garden by Dad's favourite spot .. Greatly appreciated by us all

This was our first experience of a Celebrant and we were really pleased that we chose to have Jo, who had been recommended by a friend. he service Jo created for my mother really illustrated her sense of humour, love of her family and her passion for gardening . Jo also spoke of her fondness for baking and how we all loved her chocolate fydge cake..
The service really brought her personality to life and Jo sucessfully wove some great storys of Mum tnto the ceremony and it included Music that she loved and a poem she was particulary fond of. Mum would have loved it.

I do not believe in the “one size fits all” approach. My aim is to create a Ceremony that reflects your individual story and I will work with you, taking time to understand your wishes, getting to know you and sharing your memories of your loved One. This will enable me to craft a unique, bespoke ceremony which has the sentiment, words and music that you want and that is a truly personal and fitting tribute, that honours and celebrates a life.
I always go the extra mile to ensure that the ceremony gives you some ease and comfort in the midst of your grief and leaves you with a positive lasting impression.
