Hi, I'm Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah (she / her) and i’m an independent celebrant based in SE London.
✨My focus is on celebration – whether that be tieing the knot, welcoming in a new member of the family, or remembering the life of a loved one.
✨My approach is, and always will be, laid back and relaxed, and a focus on the non-traditional.
✨I’m here to help you in your journey, whatever that may be, and in whatever way honours you or your loved one.
What's my ceremony style?
I am a Stage Manager by trade and have been very lucky to work in the West End for most of my career, but as time ticked by and one show turned into another (into another…) I realised something was missing in my life.
After losing my mum (Cherry) to cancer in 2017 I decided it was time for a change, and said goodbye to theatre for good…or so I thought. I ended up teaching at one of the UK’s top drama schools and it was there I discovered an penchant for public speaking.
This, alongside my never ending desire to try to make the world even the tiniest bit better, led me to pursue my training as a celebrant.
I am non-traditional, a bit rowdy, a bit sweary, love a juicy IPA and some classic emo-rock/punk-pop. If this sounds like a little bit of you, then let’s get together!

We could not have made a better choice in celebrant than Hannah. The ceremony she delivered was so personal and pitched perfectly to the tone we were aiming for with amazing delivery. We are so grateful to her and we will remember it for the rest of our lives!
Working with Hannah from the start was a breeze. She is so down to earth and easy to get on with. She was able to get to know us really easily to start forming the ceremony with that in mind. She is really well organised and responsive so finalising the details of the ceremony was really easy. On the day she was extremely helpful and took a lot of stress off of our shoulders.
Friends and family were so effusive with compliments for Hannah and our ceremony. So if you want a ceremony which is personal, can deliver emotion, laughs, sincerity, and give something to remember for the rest of your life, choose Hannah!

Communication with Hannah was seamless and efficient. She was always prompt in delivering draft ceremony wordings and was incredibly open and flexible to any changes or additions we wished to make. Not only did she accommodate our requests, but she also offered invaluable guidance and suggestions to enhance the overall experience.
One of the highlights of working with Hannah was her willingness to incorporate meaningful symbolic elements into our ceremony. She facilitated the use of incense, adding a sensory dimension that elevated the atmosphere, and orchestrated a breathtaking Celtic traditional handfasting ceremony, which added a profound and magical touch to the proceedings. We did not have a dry eye in the house!!
