I love that you have found your forever love.
The one that makes this wonderful
journey we call life even better.
Telling your love story in a completely
personalised ceremony is my passion.
After being a Registrar for 10 years I took a leap of faith and decided to break free from the rigid guidelines and restrictions that the register office sets, and start practising what I preach; literally.
And what do I preach?
That love should be celebrated! Without boundaries and limitations. Fully and outwardly.
Celebrated because love comes in so many wondrous forms. Sometimes it creeps up on you, and sometimes it’s pursued until it’s in your grasp. Telling that story, your story, unadulterated and freely, is a pleasure and honour I don’t take for granted.
What's my ceremony style?
I use my remarkable wordsmith skill to turn your story, whatever it may be, into a beautiful bespoke poem in addition to your written personalised ceremony script. I’ll deliver this poem to you and your guests on your special day as part of the ceremony.
It will be all about you – both of you!
Your personalities, quirks, desires for one another, your future plans together…. and everything in between that comes with finding the one. It’ll be everything you don’t get with a standard register office ceremony.
You’ll laugh, you’ll probably cry too, but it’s to be expected as I would have captured the true essence of you. Just as your special day should be after all.

After a decade of being a Registrar and officiating hundreds of ceremonies, I resigned, broke away from the restrictive nature of that role and embraced my creative and passionate spirit for story telling, by becoming a Certified & Qualified independent Celebrant.
Now I get to follow my dreams of penning personalised and bespoke poems for my couples, based on their love story as part of their ceremony script.
I’ve even filmed with the BBC for a show that follows wedding planners giving their clients unique ceremonies. And I get to to do that for you! Just come and say hello. I can’t wait to blow you away with my creativity.
What do I offer?
Weddings
I’m willing, if not a little too eager, to travel anywhere in the UK or the World to be a part of your special day. I travel far and wide all over the country and I’ve been fortunate to have been a part of some beautiful ceremonies in Spain and Portugal and Zimbabwe and this year I’ll be heading to Greece and South Africa. I have a lot of experience in the legalities and the process involved in Destination Ceremonies so I’ll be a perfect addition to your wedding planning process. It truly will be a ceremony unique to you. Just as your wedding will and should be.

I truly believe in love and finding your human! Whatever sex, race, age or colour your human may be. And telling that story, of your journey to finding your person, is a pleasure and honour I don’t take for granted. This is why I focus completely on you. From your bespoke poem I’ll write for you, to the readings I source and the vows I’ll help you both write, every part will be a reflection of your personalities, your shared love and the people closest to you who’ve been a part of your story. I’m so excited to hear all about it :-)

Renewal of Vows
There’s so many ways to say “I do” again or “I re-commit” or “I will continue to” and so on, so with years of experience, I’ll go through some options with you when we meet and guide you to ensure you pick something that speaks to you as a couple as you re- affirm those all important vows. I will of course as ever, write you a bespoke poem based on your journey but I’ll also talk you through symbolic ceremonies such as sand or hand fasting. Whatever speaks to you and reflects you is the only rule we’ll have. You get to have your day again, usually in an even more meaningful way so it should and will be all about you. And if you choose to have it abroad, like my December 2024 couple who renewed their vows in Southern Africa(see vibrant colourful outfits below 🥰) then I’m more than happy to tag along too.
