I am professionally trained and i am a member of the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants.
I can conduct ceremonies in any area but I do a lot of my work throughout the North West.
Having led a full and rewarding career in secondary education plus fostering over 60 children, I then decided to use my caring and nurturing nature to work with families in creating ceremonies for every stage of life.
Be that the celebration of a new baby, a Wedding, Civil Partnership, Renewal of Vows or an End of Life Celebration I will prepare a person centred, bespoke and unique ceremony.
I will be able to reassure and support you through every stage of the preparation for the ceremony with my caring nature, compassion, kindness, sense of humour and warmth of personality.
What's my ceremony style?
I love every ceremony I conduct and I often say it is written with the love of those I work with, I put their love into words be that a Wedding or an End of Life ceremony. I pride myself on attention to detail and where appropriate I write with humour.
Every ceremony is unique to you the ones I am writing for and your input at every stage is invaluable. I would never include anything you didn’t want.
It is your ceremony, have it your way, anytime, any place, any where!

Perfect in every way
From our first meeting, Jeanette was polite, courteous and engaging. Jeanette was inquisitive enough to gain lots of memories from the family without being overly intrusive. We had a number of family members wanting to contribute to the eulogy, and Jeanette gathered all of these together along with her own notes to produce a solid eulogy. After sharing the first drafts and a few changes, we had the perfect eulogy.
On the day, Jeanette’s delivery was perfect and very moving. The whole family were delighted, even for such a sombre occasion.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jeanette for any occasion.
Renewal of vows
I found jeanette after searching for the perfect person to do mine and my husbands renewal of vows as we wanted it to be special not only did jeanette make it special but very emotional and personal to us and included not just us but our children and my father in law who sadly isn’t with us anymore choosing her was the best decision we could of made I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants that personal touch that no one else can achieve thank you jeanette from all of us x
Vow Renewal
As a professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies I have seen many wedding celebrants in action and had the pleasure of working with them. So when it became my turn to be victim as my wife and I celebrated 50 years of marriage the choice was widespread. Jeanette was recommended by a very trusted source and by gum she was fantastic!. We placed our trust in her professionalism, care and warm personality and we weren’t disappointed. Would we recommend her? Yes in a heartbeat.
