Hi, I'm David
David is an independent celebrant based in Co. Meath, Ireland. I offer completely bespoke and unique ceremonies for your special day. Travel is not a problem and the location of the ceremony is decided by your imagination. From wellies and flip-flops to cowboy boots and shoes, I cater to all ideas big or small. A truly Irish-based celebrant, looking to put celebrancy on the map in Ireland and abroad. I’m a phone call / email away!
What's my ceremony style?
My style and thought process for a couples day would be firstly a celebratory vibe. At the end of the day, this is one of the most important days of a couple’s life – Let’s celebrate! I am very outgoing, and extroverted, which will be portrayed during the ceremony. The scripts are written for your liking however improvisation wouldn’t be alien to me. I would also consider a character or themed wedding – once the dress is the right size! :)

The majority of weddings remain on the standard traditional format, without the full inclusion of the couple’s ideas for their big day. If a couple were to go with my services. their ideas are tailored directly into the day to each specific detail. This can be traditional, to completely unique. It would be an honour to explore different ideas with couples and make the ceremony, the centrepiece of the day.
What do I offer?
Weddings
My ideal couple would be open to suggestions for their ceremony based on their chosen location. They might also be up in the air as to where the ceremony will be, so we have a blank canvas to work from. The couple may be looking to get away from the standard, traditional form of ceremony. The couple will want to emphasize their love through the ceremony and have guest participation for engagement.
The couple will be ultimately looking for a stress-free, fun and interactive day that will not be forgotten.
All my consultations and initial discussions are completely FREE so couples and families can enquire with me under absolutely no obligation.
Wedding packages start at €450, with my calendar blocked out on receipt of the deposit.
Funeral packages are €250 and also be routed through a funeral director.
Naming and Vow renewal ceremonies normally start at €350 however can be tailored and catered.
