I am one of few Asian Female Celebrants who can include symbolic Asian rituals, sing some mantras and give explanations to ensure understanding. I specialise in Multicultural, Multifaith, Interfaith, LGBT and fusion life events.
I look forward to working with you to create unique ceremonies in beautiful locations, ensuring your special day is celebrated in style. I speak English, Gujarati and Basic Hindi. As your Celebrant, I will give you the freedom to celebrate and remember without restriction. Whether you require a celebrant for a wedding, renewal of vows ceremony, naming ceremony or funeral service, we can work together to create the perfect celebration or memorial. What's my ceremony style?
My style is engaging and inclusive.
I am one of few Asian female ceremony celebrants with knowledge and experience of ceremonies, including Asian cultures and symbolic ceremonies. I can include these as part of your ceremony, including appropriate live music. I speak in English, Gujarati and basic Hindi.

People sometimes think that because they are of one faith or not religious, they cannot include symbolic ceremonies, but this is untrue. As your celebrant, I can include what you would like to include.
I am in a multi-faith marriage. I understand what this brings to the thinking process and some of the challenges and mediation that may be required. My husband is a guitarist who plays music of all genres, and when I get to include him in the ceremony, it enhances the whole event.

Weddings
I am an experienced Celebrant and Toastmaster working with the Academy of Modern Celebrants. I am a member of The Association of Independent Celebrants, The Celebrant Directory, and The English Toastmaster’s Association. I am fully insured, and professionalism is at the heart of all that I do.
A celebrant-led ceremony allows you the freedom to celebrate exactly how you want, in the location you want and with all the special details that make you unique. I have built a global reputation for officiating luxury, multicultural and bespoke weddings. So whether you long for a small, intimate gathering or a large and lavish affair, your ceremony will be exceptional, memorable and, most importantly of all, reflect who you are as a couple.
As one of few Asian Female Celebrants, my offering to couples is unique. I am experienced in multi-faith ceremonies, including Asian rituals and LGBTQ weddings. I explain the elements of the ceremony to you and your guests. I speak English, Gujarati and Basic Hindi. My husband provides the PA equipment and Live Music. As your Celebrant, I will let you celebrate, including family, friends, and pets. We will work together to create your personalised ceremony. There are so many things we can include in your ceremony, but here are a few that are very popular: Rings, Personalised Vows – written by you Readings / Poems, Milni – a meeting of families, Garlands, Mangalsutra – necklace, Sindoor – red powder – placed on the hair parting, Phera (4 or 7 rounds) around the fire or a bowl of water with petals and floating candles, Jaan or Baraat – both partners having an entrance. You tell me how you wish to celebrate.

Naming Ceremonies
Babies represent togetherness; they represent a new beginning and a fresh perspective on life. They bring together family, friends and join a community. A Naming Ceremony is the perfect way to introduce this child into their new, exciting world and celebrate belonging.
A Naming Ceremony is the ideal alternative to a religious ceremony, expressing the love and wishes of the parents. It gives opportunity for readings, poems, symbolism and promises. Naming ceremonies are also a fantastic way to introduce an adopted child into the family unit, or the coming together of two families.
I create ceremonies with heart, and ceremonies that stand out from a typical service. I write ceremonies that are full of meaning and care, ceremonies that reflect your values and beliefs and most importantly, wishes for your child’s future.
An idea is to create a baby box or message book and this can be a lifetime memory for the child who will no doubt not remember what happened.

The birth of a baby or adoption of a child is a huge momentous occasion. As your Celebrant, I will meet with you to discuss and agree how best to conduct the ceremony including any speeches, readings, music and any symbolic moments or promises. On the special day I will ensure that the day runs just the way you want it to; making it special, unique and memorable for you, your family and friends.
Renewal of Vows
There is only one type of love, and that is yours. No one else compares to the love that you two have, and what better way of expressing your love for each other than by reconfirming it in front of your friends and family, the special people in your life who have supported you through the years? You also have the option of doing this in an intimate way with the two of you and your children—a moment to treasure for you.
You may be celebrating a special anniversary, or perhaps you’ve experienced significant changes in your life. Well, these are the perfect reasons to renew the vows you took with each other during your marriage.
As part of your vow renewal, we can include rings, readings, poems, personalised vows, your story, live music, and so much more. If you would like to include any rituals, just tell me, and we will find a way to do so.
Your renewal of vows ceremony can take place at a venue of your choice: your home, the place you were proposed to, your first date, a special place, or just about anywhere. We can also include children, family, friends and pets in the celebration.

I will work with you to create your perfect celebration ceremony, one that respects your culture, ethnicity, heritage, identity, and style and, most importantly, reflects your journey together as a married couple.
Funerals
I am a Funeral Celebrant with knowledge and experience of funerals from childhood. I was born into a Hindu Brahmin family, where we were taught about life and death and everything in between. I understand the religious aspects of death as well as the spiritual.
We will collaborate to create a bespoke service, using your knowledge of your loved one and my experience.
As your Funeral Celebrant, I will create a funeral that you’d like to have based on your beliefs, not mine. The funerals I put together are created especially for your loved one. They can include elements of religion, such as prayers and hymns, if that’s what you wish to include.
I can arrange to have live music to create an authentic atmosphere and include family and friends in the ceremony if you wish. The Eulogy can be created together, as you have all the knowledge, or you can write it, and I will include it in the ceremony.
I can also be there with you to deliver a ceremony when scattering the ashes, either on a boat, when planting a tree or as you wish.

I create ceremonies that commemorate life and celebrate the life of your loved one. I write from the heart, listening to your stories and reliving your memories with you. There are many ways to personalise funeral ceremonies and I will talk you through the options available.
I speak English, Gujarati and basic Hindi and know some mantras, prayers and hymns that can be part of an Asian funeral.
