Hi, I'm Rachel
At the heart of all I do, there is love. I am committed to providing deeply meaningful ceremonies that touch hearts and secure heart-warming memories.
Every ceremony honours life : a new life, two lives coming together, a partnership long-lived, a changing life, a life ending.
Each life lived tells a story and the ceremonies I craft are designed to capture each wonderful chapter, and to do this I draw on my background as a practitioner of emotional fluency and kinesiology.
Ceremonies bring communities together, and memories are made through capturing sensory experiences, storing visual snapshots and feeling deeply into a vast array of emotional responses, shared and personal.
Through the many stages of life, rites of passage and significant moments that are woven throughout each beautiful individual’s experience, sharing these with those people who are precious to us brings deep meaning and allows us to value their significance.
What's my ceremony style?
My style is calm, gentle and nourishing. Laughter and tears can be expected in my ceremonies. Enjoying connection with my clients is important, almost vital. I work with emotional and spiritual sensitivity and awareness, am inclusive and non-judgemental. I am open, honest and naturally warm and respectful. I welcome the opportunity to discuss your wishes and needs to see if we are the best match for one another.
I have been a practitioner of emotional fluency and kinesiology (an energy-based modality) for coming up to 20 years and becoming a celebrant has been a natural evolutionary step for me as I know and understand the significance of acknowledging, honouring and/or celebrating life’s meaningful moments, thus being able to offer guidance through the natural ups and downs of life.
I am based in South Somerset and cover the whole of Somerset as well as parts of Dorset and Wiltshire.

This means each ceremony is a unique celebration, featuring the client(s) at the heart, using the written and spoken word, music and other (optional) rituals to create a divinely magical occasion, one which reaches below the surface and touches hearts.
