Hi, I'm Suzie
Hello! I am Suzie and I to create fun, bespoke and special ceremonies for those important moments, happy and sad, in your life.
The first thing to know about me is that I have an inherent need to make people feel comfortable and relaxed so when working with you, I will endeavour to make sure I create a comfortable and secure environment throughout our working relationship, for you to be yourselves and enabling me to learn all about you and your loved ones.
My careers that have led me to Celebrancy have equipped me with the perfect skill set, empathy, organised, a love of public speaking combined with creative storytelling.
Together, we can create something truly special that reflects exactly what you want.. Trained in all aspect of Celebrancy, I can work with you for all life events, happy and sad.
What's my ceremony style?
Personable, fun and confident, my ceremonies are written with love and delivered with confidence and warmth.
Not much fazes me and I happy to dress up and add a stylish flair to a ceremony in a beautiful country house or equally to get out my wellies and battle wind and rain in the middle of field, I can adapt my style to suit your hopes and dreams.
I also love a bit of adventure and being in the wild, so if have some crazy ideas on how you would like your ceremony or where you would like it, I am a qualified scuba diver, then I am always keen to hear!

My background is in hospitality and charity fundraising, and it has enabled me to develop a skillset which enable to work with people from all walks of life and this is something I love. Everyone is so unique and different, and I love getting to know you.

Funerals
Firstly, if you are reading this and have recently lost a loved one, I am so very sorry for your loss.
Being able to support you during the most challenging of times, is a true honour.
With years of supporting bereaved families through a career in fundraising, I am able to empathise and create a safe and trusted space whilst creating a ceremony that truly reflect your loved ones that has died.
There is so much choice with funerals and I am happy to embrace all sorts of ideas and thoughts whilst equally happy creating a more traditional ceremony.

We all process grief differently and through working in the hospice industry, I have an empathy to support people on their journey’s. It has enabled me to create a safe and trusted environment, a safety net, to allow you to speak freely about your loved one’s life and from which I can create a service that really understands and represents your loved one and offer you a small step of support on your grief journey.

I’m not sure where to start with this but thank you from the bottom of my heart for coordinating and delivering the service for my Dad this week. You made a very difficult time much more bearable and as I said at the start, once we had you on board we felt we were in very safe hands. You truly have a gift and delivered a service with warmth and kindness and a sprinkling of humour too – it was perfect. H x

Suzie was our wedding celebrant, and what a fabulous job she did! Not only did Suzie put together and deliver a gorgeous ceremony which captured our story and the essence of the day, but she was such a pleasure to work with. We planned our wedding from Australia so we only met Suzie about a week before our wedding day, but she went out of her way to get to know us and put us at ease throughout. She brought a sense of fun, humour and authenticity to our ceremony and we couldn’t recommend Suzie highly enough 😊
