Hi, I'm Kristi
Hi!
My name is Kristi and Im a 42 year old wife and mother of two children and a gorgeous staffie. I enjoy soaking up the atmosphere at national trust properties and other historical sites and can usually be found curled up in a corner getting lost in a good book . My friends would describe me as quite laid back, fun loving and a little bit naughty (its all just harmless fun!).
I truly believe that special milestones in our lives deserve celebration. Each person is unique, and these life celebrations should reflect that uniqueness.
When I discovered Celebrancy, I knew that I could channel my own experiences into making other couples ceremony dreams come true. Not just for weddings, but for all stages of life.
My services include naming ceremonies, weddings, vow renewal and funerals.
What's my ceremony style?
I have a very relaxed style for Celebrancy. I positively encourage guest participation, quirky elements and pets with special jobs (dogs make the best wedding guests in my experience!).

I’d love to work with you to make your ceremony a memorable one, creating lifelong memories of your special day. I can assist you with choosing appropriate readings, writing your own vows, writing a eulogy and including symbolic elements. I will use this information to create the script for the ceremony. This will be emailed to you to check and can be ammended as much as is needed.
I am based in Berkshire but am happy to travel beyond. My passport and travel bag are ready to go!

I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life, A wedding should be reflective of each couples relationship.
I’ve met some fabulous couples and feel very privileged to be a able to tell their love story.
I’m a “think outside the box” type of person and enjoy personalising ceremonies with a bit of a difference…. if its meaningful to you, then lets include it in the most special day of your life! Do you want to include your children? Lets give them a special job for the ceremony. Do you want to include your pets? How about have your dog, cat, owl or horse supplies the rings? Your passionate about the environment? Well then lets create the best environmentally friendly wedding that has ever been!

* An initial meeting by phone, Zoom or in person.
* A personalised script for your ceremony which can be amended as many times as needed to get it right
* I am available by phone or email for the whole time we are working together for questions or queries.
* On the day I will lead your wedding ceremony

After feeling disappointed that our own registrar lead ceremony was quite restrictive, I am passionate about creating bespoke wedding ceremonies reflecting the couples journey to marriage.
No two ceremonies should ever be the same so lets get on with creating your bespoke ceremony creating lifelong memories.
Naming Ceremonies
I’ve worked with children for over 20 years and have two children of my own. I’m also a proud auntie and dog mum.
I think kids are great.
Let’s celebrate your precious little bundle of joy with a ceremony to welcome them to the family. Announce the name you have chosen for your newest member of the family, involve any siblings or cousins with special jobs and create something symbolic which will last their lifetime.

I can honestly say I really do understand how important this is to you. Our children are so precious and should be celebrated as such. A naming ceremony is the perfect way to get the family together for a proper celebration of the newest member of the family.

Funerals
No two lives are ever the same, so no two funerals should be either.
I am passionate about creating funerals that reflect the lost loved ones personality and interests. Let me tell your loved ones life story in a personalised ceremony that recognises the pain in their passing but also celebrates the times you had with them and the memories to cherish.
My costs are £200 per funeral.
This is the same charge for double funerals.
This includes;
* an initial meeting (by phone, Zoom or in person) to discuss the type of service and elements you would like to include in the service
* another meeting (if required) to go over the details and add any further information
* I am available by phone or email to discuss your option throughout our time together.
* I will lead the funeral service

I want to give your loved one a funeral that represents the person they were in life.
I can create traditional services for those that prefer this, or I can work with you to arrange a funeral with a difference e.g an eco funeral for those that are passionate about being more eco friendly. There are many different options these days as to how a funeral can be tailored to fit each individual.
Let me guide you through the process while offering support in any way I can.
