‘Thank you from the Cole family’.  Paul – wanted to say thank you so much for everything today.  Steff would have been so pleased.  Thanks again for your idea to record the service.  What an inspirational thought since so many people couldn’t attend.  All the flowers were beautiful and the scent as we walked into the chapel at Forest Park was amazing.  The thought and effort that went into today was not lost on us – and you supported us in making this happen.  You were so respectful and listened perfectly to the family and made what (as you know) was a very difficult day so much more bearable.  You caught and captured the essence that was or Steff.  Love, G, M, C, P and families.
