Hi SarahWe lost connection to the service at the beginning and a couple of places throughout the service, but other than that we didn’t miss much. Some of the family only had about 8 minutes of the service, others didn’t lose any connection. It seemed to be hit and miss.Can I just say that it was a beautiful service and you were so professional. You came across clear, sincere and very well meaning and as though you had known my mum all her life.I cannot thank you enough for your caring, thoughtful service under these extremely difficult times and the family have nothing but praise for you. You are a credit to your profession and especially more so during these extraordinary times bringing such comfort to the grieving families.Thank you so much for everything you have done for our family during this difficult, different time.

    A very difficult time during the lockdown due to Covid-19; a live streamed webcast of the ceremony to enable the family to say their farewells.
