So pleased our undertaker suggested Russell for us. Funerals are stressful and from the minute Russell walked in our door the whole process took on a more serene and structured path. The time flew by as we remembered things we wanted to say about dad and doing this in a completely un-rushed environment allowed us to fully recall everything we wanted to include in the service. Unfortunately dad’s funeral service was just at the start of ‘the lockdown’ so the whole event was rather different than normal which added to the uncertainty however Russell greeted us at the Crematorium and worked with our undertaker to make sure the service all went to plan.Sometimes in life you meet people who are perfectly suited to the job they do and are just naturals at it; Russell is one of these.
