Mum and I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for such a lovely service yesterday. Everyone agreed that you really got the essence of Dad in everything you said and delivered the service beautifully. The visual tribute was very well put together and a lovely moment in the service, moving but also raising a chuckle or two.

Thank you for making the very painful process of saying goodbye to Dad a little easier for us and for sending him on his way with dignity and great respect.
