Sharon was a very caring, friendly and professional person. She delivered a VERY personal service for my husband, it was as if she knew him. She suggested the grand children blow bubbles during the service to their Grandad and she blew them too, this was a touching idea which other guests thought was lovely. She is a truely special lady that deserves recognition for her hard work and personal touch. We would give her 5+ stars if we could.
