Just to say a huge thank you for the way you both arranged and delivered Mum’s funeral today. You took a huge amount of stress away from my Dad and me and delivered a beautiful service that absolutely struck the right tone. My Mum would have loved it I’m sure.

Also, many thanks for the way you included my brother’s family (he was most complimentary too) and for making my own kids feel at ease.
