Julie was chosen for the funeral of our son. Julie made an appointment with us and spent two hours seeking the tone for our service, took account of our wishes and asked question to smooth the service, including things we had not thought of. She sent a preview of the eulogy and of the service for our correction and contacted our other son who wanted to say a few words. On the day, the service went smoothly, you could say with military precision, and it included all that we wanted. We were delighted and at all times knew we were in the hands of a professional.
