Debbie had to conduct my mum’s funeral under the current restrictions. The send-off my mum deserved was not to be and we were all very concerned about this and did not want to let her down. We need not have worried as Debbie worked closely with us to ensure that we were able to provide a dignified and moving service that was all and more we could have hoped for. When this dreadful time is over we intend to have a memorial service which will be a celebration of mum’s life and include our wider family and all her friends. Naturally, we couldn’t think of anyone we would rather lead that memorial service than Debbie Kelly.
