Thank you so much for conducting the service and internment of my sister, Mary, last Saturday.

An open-air service is not always easy, even with a quiet location there is always some background noise, but you conducted the service, not only with quiet efficiency, but your words celebrating and giving thanks for Mary’s life were read with sensitivity and care.

You gave us confidence from our first meeting, with your thoughtful attention to detail, that you would provide an excellent service, which you did admirably.

Everyone praised the whole event and felt that you gave Mary, and the family, the closing event that she deserved and we needed.

Thank you again

Kind regards,
Margaret
