Glynis, I am sorry it has taken so long to post this review; it was dad’s birthday recently and we were thinking about his send-off last year.From the moment my brother and I met you we felt totally comfortable with you. We enjoyed talking to you about dad, and by the time you left, you felt more like a friend than someone we had just met (and someone who dad would have liked).We appreciated your efforts to get the service just right, and on the day you delivered it perfectly.
