Michelle was the celebrant at my fathers funeral. She took the time to meet us in the weeks leading up to his funeral and took us through the service time frame and planning, advising us on protocols etc. At this meeting we shared his life story with her, both from his children’s perspective and that of his wife. She retold his story with love, humour and sensitivity, It was such a joyous celebration – full of laughter as well as tears. During the informal chat outside after the service one of my late fathers best friends so taken by her perfectly pitched service, took her name and details so that she could be contacted for his own funeral. THAT’S how good she is! Thank you Michelle, in hindsight I realise yours was the most important aspect of the funeral service – the eulogy and you absolutely captured his personality and pitched the mood of his service perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend you in a heartbeat.
