We were heartbroken losing dad, during lockdown made things so much worse . Arranging the funeral over FaceTime and phone was difficult. Jill had never met my wonderful fun loving dad. She took so much time listening to us about dad, she homed in on every little detail, that we were unaware we were sharing with her, during normal conversations about dad with Jill. The result was, that she completely captured who dad was and what he meant to all of us… very difficult when you have not met the person. She helped us and guided us to arrange our very last gift to our beloved dad … a great send off. Messages from far and wide ( thanks to technology) have been received saying what a great service… I hope I have a service half as good when it’s my time… a few people said I can hear John saying .. what a great send off that was. For us as a family it gave us comfort at a very difficult time and that is thanks to Jill’s empathy, compassion and insight. We are all truly thankful to Jill for taking the time and truly listening to the finer details about dad, to ensure the service was just right. Thank you
