When Danielle first emailed us, confirming the booking for our wedding at Nikki Beach Ibiza, she said we should FaceTime so she could hear all about our story in preparation for her writing.We were both a little nervous as neither had face timed “a stranger” ….. but little did we know how quick we would click, how relaxed we would feel speaking to her and how she was an absolute angel!My partner and I are true party/Ibiza lovers and we wanted a very relaxed ceremony that wasn’t too serious or formal or what we thought would bore people! (god we were so wrong)So….we FaceTimed (secret wine in hand behind the camera) until we saw Danielle had one too! Then the drinks were flowing over FaceTime!From the offset Danielle put us both at ease we her professionalism and kindness.We discussed our story, how we met and all the finer details, instantly we felt excited about the ceremony!Danielle was always on hand to ask any questions we had, whether these be over WhatsApp, FaceTime or email. We even met over in Ibiza a year before the wedding and it was then we realised how truly passionate Danielle is about her job.Danielle makes a great effort to really get to know a couple, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and you could really see the hard work and effort she put into our service when she began to read it.So….if we were a fantastic romantic writer like Danielle we could maybe put into words how beautiful it was… but we aren’t.However we will try 🙂 ….The service was just UNREAL!…. and so personal to our personalities.Our guests commented on how touching it was and the nicest ceremony they have ever heard. They could not believe we didn’t know Danielle before this was booked and how much she knew! Ha!They loved listening to how we met, what we like doing and what love means to us. They felt gripped by the stories she told and commented on how truly emotional, yet funny it was.From heartfelt stories about us both, calming down a crying 8 year old with her reading, keeping cool mid-way as our son did sand angels and generally ran around, family messages from people who couldn’t attend in Ibiza and even mentioned our loved ones who had sadly passed away.Danielle covered IT ALL and made what we thought was the boring part of a wedding that people wouldn’t remember – to actually the part everyone would never forget!Danielle is a true romantic who is always full of life. (always smiling too) We are forever grateful for making our wedding one to remember.
