We were so pleased to have found Alex Harrison to help us put my mum to rest. She was empathetic and so obviously genuine in sharing our grief that it was easy to welcome her into our family for that difficult and emotional period of time. She went above and beyond the call of duty by travelling out to meet our dad, to get to know him and to talk to him about our mum so she could be ready to support fully on the day. In the lead up to the service there was much to organise and she helped make this happen with patience and understanding. On the day, the service was beautifully organised, calm, empathetic and absolutely in tune with what the family needed at that delicate time. Thank you Alex for playing such a central role in bringing us comfort and helping us all lay our mum to rest.
