Just want to say a big thank you for the way you took my Uncle Albie’s funeral service. At your initial home visit, you managed to make us feel relaxed and confident that everything would be alright on the day and it was. We felt the funeral although simple, hit just the right note. So many of the family voiced their approval of your handling of the event and one cousin said although he is a little deaf, he could hear every word, which is important when lots of people are elderly at funerals.
