Originally we contacted Rosalie to help us organise an online memorial. Talking to her was very helpful and she was organised, punctual and friendly. She had many helpful ideas and contributions and made what was a difficult situation as easy as it could have been.A few days after talking to her I realised I would really appreciate her help with the in-person funeral at Croydon Crematorium also. I wasn’t sure if we’d have many attending due to the pandemic, but we were allowed max 10 people on the day. Despite it being quite short notice Rosalie kindly offered her services for this too. Everything went to plan and was organised perfectly.I am very glad I went with her for both services and am very grateful for everything she has done to help me and my family through this difficult time.
