We wanted to thank you so much for the lovely service which you led for our Mum, on Tuesday. We thought that the ceremony was conducted with great sympathy and feeling, and you made us feel as though you were an old family friend. Your moving closing words were a great comfort to everyone. In time to come we’ll all remember Mum as she was, before dementia took her from us.
