Thank you for such a wonderful ceremony on Friday. Again and again, those who came said nothing could possibly have been more fitting for Mike. I take solace that it and the gathering in our garden afterwards were such a reflection of who he was and a true celebration of the impact his life has had upon the lives of those who knew him.

Now begins a new chapter in my life and I feel strongly the love and support of those around me. I will need it.

Thank you for being such an important part of this transition. Imogen and I so enjoyed your visit to us and the garden and your gentle facilation in the woodland gave us all the time and the space to say goodbye properly.

​Now I can feel Mike’s loss on another level.
