When we first met Grace, at our proposed venue, we immediately liked her. A wedding is (obviously!) an incredibly important and unique event for everyone, and planning your own is exciting, daunting and not just a little confusing. We weren’t sure whether we wanted a hand fasting or other form of ceremony but when Grace explained the symbolism and tradition behind it, it seemed a natural choice for us. This excellent description of the ceremony continued through to the big day where Grace perfectly explained proceedings to all of our guests – many of whom had only ever seen ‘traditional’ weddings.At every stage Grace helped us, offering suggestions and advice at our meetings and via email. Her calm, relaxed approach – mixed with a quirky enthusiasm  – put our nerves at ease and I think encouraged us to make the ceremony our own, and embrace the excitement!At no point did we feel pressured or hurried, instead Grace’s prompt responses to emails and considered replies reassured us that she was keeping a close eye on arrangements. It was also the little touches; notes on the vow cards and a box of keep-sakes waiting for us at the B&B, which made us feel truly special and looked after. Both Adam and I also appreciated Grace’s help with writing our vows. Her suggestions for what to say worked perfectly and we both confident in the words we spoke on the day.We cannot recommend Grace highly enough, both we and all of our guests thought she did an absolutely fantastic job!
