I was just sorting my emails and realised that I hadn’t sent the email to you that I intended. I just wanted to say that the service that you did for Mom was beautiful. We had so many positive comments and even though I knew that you hadn’t actually met Mom, I never would have guessed. Your delivery was perfect and so compassionate.Obviously life has to go on without her, but I think that the final act of arranging such a lovely funeral gives me even more happy memories to recall when I am missing her.Please accept my heartfelt thanks.
