What a lovely lady, so warm and compassionate. She bought tears to my eyes with her ceremony delivery, speaking about my friend’s mother. Joanna really made us feel that we all knew Grace so well with her inserts of gentle humour and so many little personal touches relating to Grace. She had us laughing at her reflections and crying too with her kindness and sensitivity.Everyone afterwards at the tea sung her praises so highly and my friend felt so confident in her ability to manage everything so well from the minute they arrived until the end.I have to congratulate her as I was amazed to hear that this was her first ever funeral delivery. Wow, if this is how well she delivered first time around (and not a hint of nerves I saw), I believe for all those clients who follow they will be so lucky to have her as she grows with experience.
