From the first meeting Jo was warm and friendly. She listened to the stories we told about my father and asked us questions about his life and things he loved. It fekt to us like we were speaking to a friend. She made sure that we had copies of the service well in advance and when we wanted to change a couple of things she was happy to do so and ensured that we got the revised changes promptly. On the day she was a great support and gave me the confidence to speak at the service. She was kind enough to drop a card to us after the service with a sachet of forget me knots for us to plant in the garden by Dad’s favourite spot .. Greatly appreciated by us all
