I knew from the time I spent with you that you were very thoughtful, observant and very good at what you do. I had been dreading mum’s funeral, but I didn’t need to worry at all. The service was totally perfect.  Every part of it was seamless and just right for my mother.  The music you suggested was just right. You excelled all my expectations.  All my family said the same. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Ellen, for making mum’s departure from this wonderful world a perfect celebration of her life. I will cherish my memories of her funeral service, forever.
