Dear Sarah, I thought you were wonderful and my Annie would have been so proud had you spoken for me as you did for her. Your calm, no serene, delivery gave me the strength to say my little bit without breaking down as I feared I might. So I felt I was able to justice to my loved one. You do wonderful work. So many undeserving people get accolades and rewards in our society but people like yourself go about supporting others and holding society together in hidden ways.
