Diane is a lovely person, calm, compassionate and very easy to talk to. We talked about Mums life and she managed to encapsulate it in a warm and moving service. Everything was explained, talked through and agreed before the day so that there was nothing to worry about. I had many comments afterwards saying what a lovely service it was. Thank you Diane
