From the minute we met Russell he made us feel at ease in the most difficult days of our lives. The way he worded my dad’s eulogy was perfect. It was almost as though he knew my dad personally, adding in little phrases what only my dad would say and us as a family would understand. The fact he ended with ttfn ray which was always my dad’s last words as u left him was perfect Family and friends who attended the funeral all thought he was amazing and what a wonderful tribute it was to my dad Once again Russel I would like to thank you for making my special dads funeral so personal to him.
