Lorraine, Liverpool Celebrant had been recommended to us, to perform wedding celebration ceremonies and we were so glad we chose her for my daughter and now son in law’s special day! The assurance that she would only be performing their ceremony on that day, so in no rush to get away to the next venue and the personally written script was perfect for them. (The small legal wedding ceremony had been performed a couple of days before at the Register Office, which was brilliant too, it had whetted our appetites for the big one, with 70 guests on a sunny Saturday in the garden at the magnificent Mansion House at Calderstones Park, Liverpool).
The bride and groom had spoken to Lorraine a few months before with their thoughts, but they had left everything until the last minute, so she made an appointment to meet us at the venue the week before the big day. She encouraged them to write their own vows, which made their ceremony very personal. Lorraine also wanted to know their colour scheme, so she could dress accordingly, her attention to detail was wonderful. Lorraine had added her own snippets from their lives, which she had picked up from the various conversations and emails, it was all awesome. We had so many compliments on their fantastic day from our families and guests, they were so impressed, which started with Lorraine’s wonderful, professional ceremony. Everyone could tell how much she loves her job!
I would highly recommend Lorraine, Liverpool Celebrant. She is so professional and goes out of her way to tailor make a special day just how you want it. Alex and John wanted a happy, relaxed and fun ceremony and that is what they got and so much more!
