Mum had made the funeral planning so straight-forward for us, but it was still such a relief to find such warmth and care from you during our meeting, and such attention to detail in making sure the service was right for us all.I’ll admit I was apprehensive to hear Mum’s words read out by a relative “stranger” on the day, but you read them beautifully and captured Mum’s ‘tone’ – allowing us to hear her in them, and both laugh and cry.Your whole approach on the day was so supportive and professional it really helped get us through the toughest of moments, so thank you.Kind regards, Jo, August 2016
