From the moment that we met Susan, both of us knew that she was the person that we wanted to lead our service. She is so full of passion in what she does and how she conducts herself and that really made us feel at ease knowing that the day would be perfect. Susan really made the greatest effort to get to know us both individually and as a couple. In doing so she really gained an understanding of how to produce a ceremony that was completely personalized to us, our guests and to the venue.The day was simply perfect in every way. The sun was shining, which meant that we were able to hold the ceremony outside under the bridge. Susan arrived and set up extremely professionally and made me (James) feel at ease, despite my best efforts to stress over every little detail in the lead up to the service. She met with guests that had a key role to play prior to the ceremony so that everyone was clear on how to make all the transitions during the ceremony as smooth as possible.The manner in which Susan carried out the ceremony made for a relaxed and jovial atmosphere with many laughs and joyous tears shared throughout in the way that she shared our stories with our guests.Many of our guests commented on how fantastic the ceremony was and this truly set the tone for the rest of the most special day ever.
